Cooking with Grass

You must use a double boiler when cooking chocolate so you don’t burn it and I ordered a small saucepan with an even smaller water lining so chocolate would melt perfectly. These can be made in any flavor so try your hand with different liqueurs for different tastes. You could be selling these to local candy shops but you will want to save them for special occasions.
